Enjoying life as a 2 year old..

Today Colton had a fun day with Aunt Whitney, Aunt Rylee, Nan Shar Dawg and Mom. Today we went to the Clark Planetarium at the Gateway in Salt Lake City. Although there were HORDS of elementary school children there for a field trip, Colton was still able to walk on the Moon and Mars and see all the planets in the solar system. Next we went to Jason's Deli for lunch where he enjoyed an ice cream cone at the end. Seeing how messy he was we headed over to the Olympic Square to play in the fountains that shoot water up. He was unsure of this at first, but then started to warm up after a while of seeing other kids getting wet and playing in the water. It was a fun afternoon of learning, ice cream, and water!!

Every morning we go outside to water the plants and flowers. Usually this ends up being playtime in the water and sprinklers. This morning Colton decided he wanted to play ON the water table. I don't blame him, it was only 9 am and already like 95 degrees out! Again notice the nudity!

Free Willy

What is it about little boys and being naked? If Colton had a choice, he would be naked ALL day EVERYDAY! He LOVES it....now that I think of it, I think it runs in the family, on the Westover side of course...

Fairness

In all fairness, I thought since Kaden has a blog of all the funny things he SAYS, i thought that Colton needed a blog for all the funny things he DOES. (Since we still have yet to talk at this point...we are currently working on that:) ) He is a hilarious kid and makes me laugh all the time! so I thought he could have a blog too! This will mainly consist of pictures, with little captions of explanations!! This should be fun...

Let's start with these fun pictures....The story goes like this...
I was putting on my makeup for the day when Colton decided he wanted to be like mommy. So i let him have a few brushes and that just wasn't fun enough, so I gave him the mascara I wasn't using...tightened the lid so he couldn't get it off and let him have it.
No longer than 5 min go by and i hear laughing around the corner from Kaden and him...I look around the corner to see what they are laughing at and I find this little man looking right back at me...First reaction to scream...I then ran and grabbed my camera thinking this will be funny when I look back on the whole thing. They thought it was all fun and games, until they had to wash it off. Yes you guessed it, the mascara was WATERPROOF...so after a few min of scrubbing, the face was clean again. I think he learned his lesson, because he hasn't asked to use mommy's makeup again.
